I just download the repositories from blackarch and archstrike, so I can install only the programs I need

Did you install the whole repo? I wouldn't do that, only what I need.
Are you using a wrapper or pacman? I recommend pacaur.
Plus, are you familiar with the `--devel` option? E.g: `pacaur --devel -Suy`
