If you want to use it for gaymin then windows 10 Enterprise LTSB version, it has next to no bloatwares after installation and you can disable all the telemetry craps in a few min. Otherwise stick with linux, avoid autistic Arch Linux memes and install anything that has no Systemd like Void instead if you value your privacy.
