All my temps are low, but SYSTIN and Mainboard show high temps in HWMonitor when I stress test my overclock. Are the temps for those fine or do I need to lower my voltage?

What is your mobo ?
>>62144496
MSI B350M Arctic Mortar, using a Ryzen 1700

>Sir check the mobo for any kind of physical damage.
>If physical damage is not found contact your country MSI office .

If you can go through your retailer for a return. If not go through msi, and cross your fingers that they fix it the first time you send it out. In fact just buy another board if you have to send it out to msi, and sell it when you get it back fixed.

I checked in MSI Command Center and it said my SYS temp was 44c, could HWMonitor be incorrect? Or should I just replace it?

Yeah, the warranty is still going on I just bought this motherboard at the beginning of this month.
>>62144802
Yes, it's warm when I put my hand next to it, but it's not hot enough that I can't touch it.

Contact the nearest MSI office and send them the mobo.
