Since they were asked but have no plans to open-source it at this time, AMD's PSP is next. Two Ryzens already died on the lab bench during decap (the indium solder they used to connect it to the heatspreader turns out to be a bit of a bitch to get off cleanly without leaving residue), but it's being worked on.
