I made a chart for you guys.
A guide for newbies and experienced programmers to achieve Satori and become EXPERT PROGRAMMERS.
Looking for improvements and additional (or removal of) books but I believe language specific stuff should have their own chart so let's keep it language agnostic.
Just like the Starting with the Greeks Chart, I think descriptions for each book are appropriate but I will need help from the community to add them in.

taocp and clrs for example are not even meant to be read cover to cover, they are references you fuckin idiot. did you even read anything in that list?

TAOCP isn't really a reference, it's just incredibly dense and difficult to go through. You could spend hours on a few pages. Some of its exercises take months to complete as well.
Even going through the first volume AND understanding it would make you better than 99% of programmers, but it's most likely a waste of time.
Which is why using TAOCP as a reference is better.
