MPC-HC is okay for everyday use as the same as MPV. I use both but im starting to like MPV because it is a standalone program not like MPC-HC which you need madvr to deliver the best quality.

That's optional. I can just open a file manger and click on a file and it opens on mpv. It takes zero effort to use. This is on both Linux and Windows.

Ive switched to mpv 2 moths ago. Its great. Better or on par with madVR.

you baiting hard the only thing difficult is the config but that's what the mpv threads are for, mpv just werks it works even better tham mpc and vlc, I fucking love being able to seek around in those hd wmv jav rips without seconds of lag with mpc, never going back again.
