Does Windows really take screenshots or dump memory and send it to Microsoft servers?

So if my password manager crashes they get all my passwords from memory?
Or if I am doing online banking and something crashes, a screenshot will be sent?

The developer builds do send encrypted screenshots to MS

Normal Windows 10 is collecting search info and what you are opening, I don't think it's literally monitoring everything you ever do on your screen
