it's fucking awesome, in addition you can also use other jvm languages like groovy or jython and let the programs interact if you dont like java syntax

The way Java makes you think about programs and problems is just needlessly convoluted. It's obvious the language is too limiting just by looking at all these "design pattern" memes which are really all just workaround for Java.
