Tor is the goto browser when trying to access the deep web. Here are some links to download and install Tor on your preferred devices. Links download immediately.

Apple/Mac: https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/7.0.4/TorBrowser-7.0.4-osx64_en-US.dmg
Linux/Ubuntu: https://www.torproject.org/dist/torbrowser/7.0.4/tor-browser-linux64-7.0.4_en-US.tar.xz
Android: step for installing Tor on your android device:
Step one: open play store
Step two: search and install orfox and orbot
Step three: start orbot
Step four: turn on apps VPN mode and select all apps
Step five: start orfox, and your done
Currently i dont know how to install Tor on apple ios
If you prefer more security you can install TAILS (The Amnesic Incognito Live System)
There is two ways of installing TAILS
the first is USB TAILS (instuctions below)
To install TAILS goto https://tails.boum.org/install/os/index.en.html
and select your OS type. for all ,except macos, under Download and install make sure you meet the requirements. then select "install from (selected os)". for macos IF you meet the requirements for option A then select "try cloning from another tails", but if you dont, select the best option for you under option B.
once you are done with the paragraph above follow onscreen instructions.
The second way is a virtual machine.
