Alright /g/, I'm currently trying to use Windows 10 on a failing hard drive with many pending sectors while waiting for a replacement (I've already made a backup so no worries there.). My current installation has gotten really slow after my hard drive shit the bed, disk usage is always 100% with this System process almost always at the top. Do I just reinstall, or is there anything I can do to fix this?

You are using a failing hard drive, just be happy that the thing even boots. Don't waste our time reinstalling or anything just use it til the new one arrives I guess.
