1080 for gaming if that's your budget is a good choice unless you can find a vega64 at MSRP and undervolt it, for CPUs though especially for streaming you should be looking at the 1600/X 1700/x

1600X/1700X For streaming.. 1080 will do you fine and you can get a water block for it later on for around 100$ to extend its lifespan just make sure if you buy ryzen to buy 3200mhz or better ram

Get a new i5 they're like 6 cores 12 threads. That's over 3x faster than previous i5s with only 4 cores and 4 threads.

OP here. This is the current Build as to date with your responses. I've already gotten several products in the mail marked as Purchased. My only main issue is still deciding i7 vs i5. Though a lot of people keep telling me Ryzen. Maybe its worth a new Mobo (though i thought i did good with the one i got) to change the chipset?

If you can't figure this out on your own you don't need the extra cores or anything else for that matter... Just go outside.

Return the motherboard and heatsink, get a B350 and 1600. You could probably buy a set from microcenter for a decent price, especially if you consider open box.

Either use the ram or find a better kit for cheaper, No way you should be spending $177 for that. So find a kit that's the same and cheaper or spend the same and get something faster.

Also even if you kept the motherboard then there's no real reason to get a K series processor since your motherboard doesn't allow overclocking.
