Well /g/, what's your excuse for not using pale moon?
>>62038337
I use Icecat which is truly FOSS and recommended by GNU
>>62038337
because iridium exists
>>62038337
The same reason I don't use CoffeeScript
same reason I don't use a 5 year old version of any browser
>>62038337
I don't need to use it, that's my excuse.
v55.0.2 x64 works perfectly fine with "nglayout.initialpaint.delay;0".
>>62038337
I intend to but I haven't gotten around to.
Is there a Pale Moon equivalent of the ghacks user.js that automatically hardens the browser? I know a lot of the stuff in there was junk that mozilla added after PM forked, but I don't know which stuff. And going through a thousand prefs by hand is tiresome.
It's not up to date with security fixes, is a one-man show and has no future (f.e. dev will not add webextensions and nobody will develop XUL addons for a niche browser)
Why would you use some outdated shit fork? The moment a new exploit is out there you will get owned because fork projects like Pale Moon don't get updated fast enough.

I don't need an excuse. Firefox works for me.

go back to /lgbt/

Was using palememe but it kept having troubles running certain addons and sometimes I would get 'stopped working' errors upon closing it so I switchet to Iridium
