Not him but I reinstalled the browser and still get that youtube mobile ad on the top of the front page. Happens in all versions of the browser I tried. In the end I just gave up and just disabled scripts.

It happens on desktop as well. Looks like ad filters don't really cover mobile sites since not many use ad blockers on mobile.
