Are you using dnscrypt and dnssec on your openwrt router? If so, would you show me your dhcp file? I cant make the two work at the same time.
Important question, I second OP
Third, bump
OP here. Here's what my dhcp file looks like atm (went back to regular dnsmasq because I couldn't connect to the Internet otherwise): https://pastebin.com/rrh48Kuz
I have three different resolvers that why you see three 'list server' entries. How can I enable DNSSEC without losing these settings?
Router question, this seems to be the correct thread.
I got a wndr3400 v2, trying to use openwrt, they say it's supported but no download link?

You couldn't connect? Try to configure unbound

Use LEDE. It's the same as openwrt, same people but with a more active community.

Not sure what that means. What I did was, I copy pasted this:
option leasefile '/tmp/dhcp.leases'
option resolvfile '/etc/resolv-crypt.conf'
list server '127.0.0.1#5353'
list server '127.0.0.1#5959'
list server '127.0.0.1#5151'
list server '/pool.ntp.org/8.8.8.8'
Into the right fields on the new dhcp that was created after I installed dnsmasq-full. Also enabled dnssec on that same file. No interwebz after that.
