Anyone know of a free ddns that doesn't require managing through updates such as noip AND is not blocked in Facebook chats? Sounds fucking retarded but I often have to link to rather large gifs and short videos on my HFS for work feedback. Don't want to use drive because of Jewgle or Dropbox either. Tried Dynu but everything seems blocked.
I use nsupdate.info, it just werkz

Looking for a dynamic dns, so I can link stuff like whatever.domainname.xxx

Not sure what "managing through updates" means. You have to update your dynamic IP; that's how ddns works. I use afraid.org for my domains

no-ip.com, that I had always used before, has that you have to renew every 30 days and also gives security check on Jewbook. Trying out stuff from afraid.org atm but getting blocked on my first 2 tries. Good thing there are thousands more.
Found one not blocked. Finally. Cheers for afraid.org.
Try dedyn.io and duck DNS and see if they're blocked.
You could by a real toplevel domain with a provider that supports dyndns. Especially if it's for work purposes.
You can get a .com domain for like $10 per year or others for cheaper.

Cloudflare. No, seriously.
Their DNS can be set to 0 TTL, if you host web content the change won't matter to the user as they are also a CDN if you want that, and they are literally the most resiliant DNS provider.
They do have an API that allows DNS modification. Just use it to write a simple script, or use the one dehydrated.sh uses to meet the Let's Encrypt TXT record challange.
Solid stuff.

You can get free cloudflare for your personal domain?

Yeah, I have two
There's some paid features but they aren't really needed for normal usage, like more than 3 url rewrite rules on the CDN level.

Wow, that's so cool. I'm trying that now. Let's see how long it takes for the Nameservers to update...
