vr is only good for porn and watching movies. I bought a cheap ass vr headset 60-80$ a guy from /csg/ suggested. it came with a remote and shit. It was light. The back cover was removable but if you mounted your phone no light would pass. the movie watching experience was supreme. sadly I lost it while moving

At $400, the CV1 Rift is only a little more expensive than the developer kit was and includes nice controllers and headset. Cheap VR is crumby, good VR is cheap. Just get good VR.
