I'm looking for a machine learning softwares that I can link to anything else, video games, excel files, picture folders and whatnot and develop my own AIs, without having to code whatever software I'm using from scratch. Does something like that exists? Is it even feasible?

You are looking for a general purpose AI, and it has yet to come. You could easily though try and learn some python to accomplish your dreams, we think that this is the way forward for your problem.

There are libraries and shit but you are doing some coding and training it. There is a python guy on youtube who did kind of an intro to getting one to drive in gta5.

I'm ok with doing some code as long it's not stuff like needing 3 years of experience to barely accomplish what I need
