My computer is an Asus ROG GR6 with an Intel HD Graphics 5500 gfx card. I didn't have any problems iirc until I reformatted, I got the latest Direct X drivers and the latest Drivers for the gfx card.

it used to work in old OSes like windows xp because the files were write protected so even an admin couldn't delete them and it would only remove certain files. Now this deletes your entire OS, you should only ever remove system32 if you want improvements in how your hardware is handled (basically it contains DLLs and other proprietary restrictions to make you buy more expensive shit to use with windows) this should fix your problem, probably after a reboot but not necessarily depending on your system (not good at laptop motherboards so I dotn really know sorry)
