Today, I bought and old Panasonic Pv-810 from a thrift store and everything works except for the battery. Are there any places where I can find a replacement? I don't have a credit card so online isn't an option
Time travel back to 1992 and maybe you'll find an electronics shop that carries spares.
Oh shit my family has something that looks a lot like pic related. Dunno how much they paid for it but it's totally useless now!
Good luck finding replacement batteries for anything old. It's unlikely you'd find a replacement anywhere near you at any store. Your best bet would be trying to find individuals in your area that have the same camera stored away somewhere and buy the battery from them.

A little under $1000 in 1990 dollars.
I still regret breaking my family's giant VHS camcorder from playing soccer in the house.
Just hardwire a power supply. When you're filming you can run the cable over your shoulder and through your ear gauge. Faggot.
I was surprised to find that the battery from my Dad's old camcorder would still hold a charge after being sat in a box for like 17 years. Lasted about 5 minutes and was undervolting badly but not bad considering it was stored in the attic and subjected to very high and low temperatures. There was a tape with it too that I thought would've been fucked from the high temps but it still played fine.
