hey /g/, I have a question

Recently I've been emulating Super Robot Wars Alpha Gaiden on my PC, however it seems that the ISO that I've downloaded has some bad sectors, according to CDmage. Sadly, this seems to be the only image readily available, as both the pre-patched versions and unpatched crash at the same area. Any recommendations for how to deal with this problem? Any software that can help with the bad sectors?

Mind expanding on that? I've never used a hex editor before but I'd be willing to learn if it means finishing the game.
