What is the best CPU I can get for Handbrake? My 4790k is too slow and encodes at around 0.8 FPS. If anyone knows, also how much cores Handbrake can utlize?

Handbrake scales up to 6 cores with a few marginal gains at 8+ cores. Suggest 1600 or 1700 overclocked. Or wait and see if Coffee Lake isn't shit.
