Why does HP get so much shit for their laptops? This 2170p is the best laptop I've used in a long time.
>Great keyboard
Actually God tier when compared to MacBook or the Dell XPS series.
>Good touchpad
Small size, but sensitive and works without any issues for standard use. More advanced users should be using a mouse anyways.
>Runs very cool and quiet
Fan rarely, if ever, ramps up even when emulating games and the CPU rarely goes over 70°c when under heavy load
I can go on, but I'm sure you see my point.
So why do HP laptops have such a bad reputation on /g/ ?
They even have great Linux support...

Now try a thinkpad.

The buttons are too flat.

Like every other business laptop

Also, only consumer HP shit is hated here. If you go to /tpg/ you will see that a few people also own elitebooks, and they aren't bad. But if you try consumer shit like pavilions, they are built like shit and literally fall apart after 2 years
