Don't do nearly as much downloading or uploading as I used to. Lack of storage space combined with losing 2k torrents from the client (thankfully not from the disk). The vast majority of DL comes from streaming video, not sure where the UL comes from, maybe games or just overhead.

About 11TB in total including my other old computer I just use for seeding.
No I downloaded a really old version because I didn't want to pay for it and the newer versions only lasted for 30 days until it demanded payment.
