>Opera
Honestly, haven't really tried it, should give it a shot. Probably ok. Still do not trust it. Needs to be FOSS.

Hey man, I'll contribute. I like Chrome, but that's simply because I am a fan of Google services. It's pretty appealing to the eyes too.

Just my opinion.

I understand where this board comes from with this tracking stuff (sci native, plz no bully), but the convenience provided by shit like Windows and Google stuff is just nice to have. Especially if you are a student, programmer and work at financial institutions. (me)

I recently tried installing Debian, and other opensource stuff but I couldn't get Debian working on my laptop, nor was I really interested in giving up the convience.

Just feel like I'm picking between the lesser of two evils.

Protonmail (Swiss based, routed through Israel), Tutanota (based in Germany), Disroot (Based in the Netherlands), and Mailfence (based in Belgium) are all encrypted and free.

There are other options, but they all cost money. Also, I know for a fact that Tutanota and Protonmail are both open source. Don't know about the other two.

Had they gone with uBlockO instead of AdBlock as their content blocker it would be a good browser.
>>
>>61866774
Eh, they need to allow add-ons from the chrome store, as well as make their script blocker more than an "all or nothing" option.
>>
>>61866823
You can add custom scripts/domains to their adblocker. It's literally AdBlock Plus. I think you access it with about:adblock. But ABP is shit, and having no option for uBO means the browser is shit.
>>
>>61866963
I was never denying that they needed UBO. I was saying that even if they HAD UBO, it wouldn't be a good browser. They need to allow extensions from the chrome store (like Decentraleyes), and more fine-tuned controls regarding Scripts.
>>
>>61866997
If a browser needs extensions instead of coming with basic functionality out of the box then it's a shit browser. The only other thing I'd add would be a media downloader (like download helper) and decentraleyes, integrating both.
