the most versatile and mac oriented is XCode.
just use the appstore and get it there

Does it have to be Apple-ish?
If not, get Homebrew to install a proper Unix-like environment for you to work in and easily get other tools. For an Editor, Emacs or Vim are both ideal and have native Aqua builds available; if you really don't want to learn one of them, get Atom.
Otherwise just get Xcode I guess.
