They easily have enough processing power and RAM to handle many big torrents effectively even while you're doing other stuff, all at loads that don't affect battery life terribly much.

Maybe if you regularly download new big chinese cartoon torrents and watch, delete and download new chinese cartoons all day long, your 64GB flash memory will be start becoming useless in 12 years or so. You'll have tossed the phone 6 years earlier anyhow.

And that's not even considering that you might just use a microSD if you're not a tech idiot who bought a phone without one.
