Do it yourself if you don't have two left hands. You either have to replace a CCFL tube, a string of LEDs or a powerboard, just a few screws and a clip connector.

Dedicated TV/electronic shops might have an old guy in the back that fixes shit, but those stores are mostly dead. Some of those odd small PC hardware stores might do it, or they might be filled with imbeciles that just screw together a bit of PC hardware. Don't know if there's a business around you that will do it for a reasonable price.
