Actually I only heard good about it but I'm kinda fearing it being overpriced? From the specs they seem good but when things get that expensive I rather look at some other opinions.
And youtube reviews (or any review for that matter) are often not really that good. They usually just either tell you anything you know anyways by looking at the item description and don't know what they're talking about. Just think about mechanical keyboards from Razor, they are low in quality and there are way better options (not much more expensive or similar price) but people will tell you how great Razer is because they don't know anything else.

This is what I'm talking about. If I get multiple answers like this I'd maybe just buy a cheap used thinkpad which probably is worse from perfmance point of view but still very much good enough for like 90% of the things I do.

FYI my experience is from 2010/2011. When I went to a local repair shop to get it fixed, they told me it was pure shit and were astounded how much it cost (over 1000 leaf dollars). But then they tried to jew me into buying a new laptop so ┐(´д｀)┌

Oh, I should mention that the battery life was absolute crap too - 2 hours max. Right now I'm very happy with my zenbook, apart from the nonfree Intel cpu.

Well I'm posting from one right now. They're pretty decent and customizable. Great if you want a mid-high end Linux machine.
