I'll stop you right there, that statement very much depends on the system your running on and user preferences.
99% of the time stuff may work but not perfectly. Graphics drivers in general are still shitty and for some systems things are just broken sure there are ways to fix and get work arounds but that defeats the whole "works out of the box"
