technically speaking..
eh enough, not really like the 600 benefits from being properly powered that much. Many people will say it does but I've seen a bigger jump from my schiit stack to my NFB.11 with my t1 tesla gen 2s
TL;DR it's enuf

I hope it doesn't sound like schiit
Yeah I mean it's enough, but you might run into some clipping. Try to expand your budget if possible and do modi/magni

Made a HUGE difference with my HD598s.
My Schiit stack is even better though. It's the first DAC and the first tube amp they make.

40mW at 300ohm is enough, but not enough to hurt your hearing. If you go any less sensitivite you'll run into volume problems.
Basically yeah, but only just.
just about
but will it make you feel any better about yourself?
get an amp the size of a car, blow your eardrums the fuck out
you'll be left with a smile from ear to ear for the rest of your life
>mfw audiophools don't realize the sole purpose of amplifying is to increase the volume and it doesn't do any magical signal shaping unless the amplifier is faulty

Doesn't benefit anything as you become older.

This.

Considering the HD600 can take ~220mw at 300ohm max input. 40mw really is fairly low. It'll make noise, but you'll likely get clipping

confirmed for utter retard
HD600 will produce 90dB with only 0.17mW
