It's stressful and a lot of fucking work. There's a reason why Google's campus has all that shit on it.

I'd imagine it's pretty sweet, pays well, and you mass a circle of other intellects with whom you can break off with and start your own new ventures if you decide to leave google.

The question is how difficult is it to get a job working at google?
