Looking for a good VPS provider that I can use to set up a VPN for myself but also respects my privacy. Ideally accepts Bitcoin. Any recommendations?

I rent a dedicated server from online.net, it's grand.
DigitalOcean are very much overpriced so I would avoid them.

I like scaleway because they have arm servers.

OVH is pretty popular choice in Europe.

Get one which is closest to you.

scaleway is insecure by design, no way to verify the vps's fingerprint and tho it has been reported multiple times; they have not fixed this since the start of the company.

aruba or i-83

>host your own server
Since you want to use it for VPN this won't really work.

Really? I tried to use them and they took a fucking week to setup my VM and I ended up getting double billed, plus their management interface is fucking garbage.

I went to another provider and shit was instant and you get control over every aspect of your machines.

I own that, except with a 1TB HDD instead. Same price.

Aruba is slow

Was clearly some sort of isolated issue. Mine was instant with OVH.

Mind giving some examples?

Sometimes it does get slow but nothing unacceptable for 1€/m.
>>
>>61679585
Might not work for location spoofing, but it would still encrypt traffic.

what about cock box

I always used xirvik if anyone cares. Don't know about buttcoin or privacy tho.
