Is this an efficient radiator for water cooling my computer?

Yes.

You can of course, but the pump will not be quiet.

remember to buy this also
>>61669030
Sure, but it's going to cost you.
Either you're going to need an expensive copper radiator from a higher powered vehicle or you're going to need to find aluminium waterblocks and fittings for your gear (which sort of makes WC moot anyway)
Considering the cost, you might as well buy a passive radiator designed for PC watercooling.

Use a heater core of ur gonna go ghetto.
Also, a 240 XSPC rad is like $35
So ur not really getting ahead by using cheap shit.

Maybe for Vega

no, theyre way too big. even if you get a small one for a motorbike or a small one for oil cooling.
if you buy one second hand you're going to have to get it pressure tested and chemically cleaned
Just get a standard 200l drum and use that with submerged pump(s). It'll take hours for the water temp to rise even a few degrees and that's assuming it's perfectly insulated

Back in a day friend cooled his with heater core from some east euro car. It's massively oversized for that task, think those are capable of like 3kW thermal dissipation.

What's with all the freezer memes when a car of water has perfect passive cooling property
