I hate Alan Turing.

Stop doing it.

Due to computerisation the only jobs outside of healthcare and education will be marketing.
I'm scared.
>>61662127
>will be marketing.
Pretty sure that can be automatized as well.
>>61661980
I hate programming in this dimension.
Both hardware and software are purely inferior to what I have in dimension 15328.
>>61662394
your shitposting can be automatized as well. but it wont be shitposting anymore
>>61662603
>your shitposting can be automatized as well. but it wont be shitposting anymore
Looks like it can't be automatized, then. Unlike marketing.

>shitposting
trying to pick only one. kys

Both healthcare and education are easily automated. Healthcare shouldn't cost any more than schooling, but you don't have Crayola telling teachers to sell $200 crayons to toddlers, or education insurance driving the costs sky-high. Both will be partially replaced by virtual teacher/doctors soon.
And marketing is already extremely automated.

Become a sysadmin/netadmin then.
The pay is nice, and you don't have to program unless you really want to.
>>61662825
>marketing
persuading retards to buy your shitty product
>shiposting
persuading retards to bait your shitty thread

I'm a sysadmin and a developer.
Sysadmin is a great job if you have the passion for it.

I challenge that statement.

wrong thread sorry it was right below the mech kb thread

>hating a tool
Me too. I'm glad it's only required of people that have it as their job.
Scripting is fun though.
On the real, programming for a company kills any desire to do it. College and learning how to program make it seem so much more wonderful and mystifying than doing it for a job. The fun of writing an algorithm or a script to improve something is murdered by having to do it for some pointless fucking middle of the road company where quality really doesn't matter but the illusion of work does.
I remember when it was fun :(

this is why the world is moving towards independent web businesses
you have fun doing it, don't have retarded management shitting on everything, and make money
literally win win win
