No because Windows is a closed source OS and there are elements of the built-in malware that are present in the kernel itself.

There are thousands of games now available for GNU/Linux based OSes as well as compatibility software for running Win32 software similar to the wrapper used by the UWP based Windows 10 to run legacy Win32 software.
Microsoft is even already planning for Windows 10 S which will no longer include the compatibility layer and will only run UWP software from the Windows Store.

nobody cares about your gaymes let they spy on you if this machine is just for playing. You only need to be worried about the machine you actually work and store your stuff. If you don't want to be spied stop using computers and cellphone. Even if you use Linux, a bunch of vpn and stop using google/gmail and stuff you will never be sure they aren't spying you.
