Long story short, broke my phone while drunk in a party at my place and woke up the next day to a new one waiting for me in the toilet.

Tried most of the people that were here and nobody claimed it.

Since i'm poor and mine is broke i tried to restore it to use it but i'm being asked with an Activation Lock.

Is it possible to bypass that by any way ?

No. There is no activation lock bypass. There used to be, but its for old iOS versions. Buy an android next time
