Everything else is just a dead effort.
A bit of a shame that they still don't support custom themes, though.

Substratum legacy works (limited theme support).
There's also an easy-to-apply OMS patchset, but you have to compile the ROM yourself, or use someone else's unofficial build.

The official status of Samsung is that they don't allow to root phones, because "much privacy". If you want Lineage, first check which phones can be unlocked.
