I have it in autostart, as a quick-and-dirty note taking program.

Notepad++ can take a long line of hyperlinks and make into a long list o hyperlinks one link on each row.

same here. just resize it a bit, hide the ribbon and you have a native notepad with extra functionality (though it's still shit if you're a programmer)
