Also google isn't the worst company compared to the likes of facebook who provide nothing useful or functional for instance. It is however an Advertising company whose main profits is due to data analyitics which is a threat to privacy and because they are so large and widespread, if something were to happen to them, not only would a metric fuckton of data be compromised but it would also mean many websites and services would go down. In short, google provides "decent" products but is to widespread across the internet and industry.
