How do I force Skype to stay in the foreground so that I can play games without having to constantly click on the screen of whoever I'm talking to?

Sorry if this is a tedious question, I'm honestly not sure what terms to google to find the answer on my own.

install auto hot key
create new file name it skype.ahk
paste this in:
^q::Winset, Alwaysontop,toggle , A
save
double click on skype.ahk
bring up skype window, resize it in the corner press ctrl+q
open game
voila
