I left Debian for Fedora because I can get better security and newer packages with roughly the same stability as Debian stretch. I still use Debian on my home server but I'll probably switch that too when I have time.

I left fedora for debian because sid is updated enough for my desktop and 9 is good for my server. I was tired of redhat.

Why wouldn't I have? Enterprise tier OS with a fresh software and perfect release cycle. You're still good for my laptop that I'm never going to upgrade anyways.
