Why the hell is there such a large gap between the launch of Polaris and Vega? Vega looks like it's just a larger die of what is fundamentally the same architecture as Polaris.
It would actually be faster if it was the same architecture as Polaris.

Can you be a bit more technical on the similarity between the two dies? I'm not sure I follow your reasoning.

Like how the 1080 is a bigger die with the same architecture as the 1060.
Toilets give you ass cancer. You need a squaring toilet otherwise you'll have an inflamed rectum from pooping with a partially obstructed poopchute

Squatting toilet. Anyway, we're not cavemen anymore. We need squatting bidets
>>61558117
I was asking about AMD hardware.
>>61558274
It's the same concept. The transistors on the die are laid out in the same pattern, there's just more of them.

buy a squatting tool dumbass. It's cheaper than installing a new bowl. Get a bidet while you're at it. Literally $25 for the bidet and $20-35 for the stool.
>>61558317
Now I really don't understand. How is Polaris and Vega fundamentally the same architecture?
>>61558460
Pretend transistors are a pattern on a rug. Vega has the same design as Polaris, but the pattern is repeated more times since the rug is bigger.
>>61558621
Pretend I'm an EE, and explain the similarities between the two dies.

I'm not an electrical engineer or a computer scientist or any of that. I'm a consumer and an enthusiast that understands how this works on a very basic level.
