Going from 8 hours on the computer at work to a few hours at home every day is killing my elbow and wrist so I'm looking for interesting mouse alternatives for when I'm just sitting around. A few options I've been thinking of:
1. Something like pic related.
2. A draw tablet. Not sure how good they are for web browsing but it would be nice for photoshop.
3. Tracball mouse.
Any suggestions?

there is one other almost vertical and flat - also avoid
the only "vertical" mouse you should use is the m618
