Don't use XFCE at all. Learn to configure Xmonad. It's very easy on Ubuntu.

Oh goddamn what should I do if I want to switch from Xubuntu? I mean, I don't want to install a different distro, only change my DE or just use a WM only. But if I uninstall xfce I will remain with a lot of bloat shit and that will trigger my autism every time I turn my laptop on.
What should I do and also what DE or WM do you recommend?
