Not him, but the entire point of a subwoofer is that it makes the deep tones that are barely affected by thin barriers. Floor under the desk is pretty standard for a computer subwoofer.
It is one of those "computer multimedia speaker sets" with what looks like a 5 or 6" driver, so it's not perfect but I bet it'd be fine.
On the other hand, the subwoofer position won't affect your audio quality much, but you want the tweeters of your small speakers about level with your ears in standard listening position.

Shame, I was gonna replace it with a Phanteks P400S soon in Glacier White. Not only am I getting the MSI B350M Mortar AM4 board which comes in white, I was planning white LEDs and such so y'know.

This Corsair Air 240 doesn't look squishy, but trust me it is. The "air" in the name isn't a lie though, it does get great airflow.
I really did try searching for any cases in white that weren't this exact one and were about the same size, but couldn't find shit in my area. I was considering the In Win 101 or 303, but the airflow seems shit for aircooling. Bottom-up air intakes? When the GPU is pointing downwards? how the fuck do I work with that. Thus I had to go with the big ol Phanteks since it used traditional front-side intakes. Unless of course, someone can explain to me why bottom-up intakes with the GPU pointing downward still works (or is better) then I'd gladly downsize to an Inwin.

Funnily enough i might have the kinda case you're looking for...I use the Bitfenix Prodigy M, it has incredible airflow because of the suspension on the bottom, more space than you'd expect from a small form factor pc (worth checking images to see if it's much bigger than yours) and it's in a nice clean matte white. I have my fans drawing in from the bottom and pushing out the top/back (used to pull in from back too but pushing it out actually makes a few degrees difference) and i never hit above 75 on any components under intense stress. Only bit you might not like is that it doesnt have any transparent panels for ricing

Christ, looks a bit tight for my kind of skill. I appreciate the suggestion but you underestimate how much suck I am as a system builder. I really do need easy mode for airflow or I'll start cooking shit. The sample images seem like the case is really packed and hot despite the lower intake.

I also like seperate compartments for my PSU, or for them not to be visible.

This was the other In Win case I was looking at, but again I just don't understand the airflow. GPU and PSU are facing downwards, cool air blows in from below _fighting_ the GPU fans, then an exhaust? How does that work, or is the GPU conflict really not that bad and the GPU fans are actually intaking rather than exhausting?

To be honest, i dont think the GPU fans will conflict that badly; it may make a slliiiight difference but not the same difference as a one-way airflow would. The In Win case seems like it could fit a lot, and although theres no roof ventilation for the case, you could have a front/bottom>back airflow and not need to worry about temperatures unless hardware is actually blocking the fans
