/system/app mover from F-Droid. Make them normal apps and uninstall them.

Thing is, that'll just freeze an app. For all I know Google has probably already found a way to still get your information and location and all that shit even if its apps are frozen.

I mean, think about it. The playstore is theirs. Why would they allow apps that can give users the power to get rid of Google apps to be downloaded from the playstore?

Safest way is to literally remove Gapps from your device. Thing is, I don't want to use ROMs.

It's not too difficult. Just type your phone model in XDA and look for a flashing guide. And yes, it'll format your phone
