>Cloak & Dagger is a new class of potential attacks affecting Android devices. These attacks allow a malicious app to completely control the UI feedback loop and take over the device — without giving the user a chance to notice the malicious activity. These attacks only require two permissions that, in case the app is installed from the Play Store, the user does not need to explicitly grant and for which she is not even notified.

I've been on /g/ for only two weeks. Now I want to discard my Moto Z Play. Android is not as secure as Apple, it seems. Why and how google is not able to fucking filter such malware ?
So much for an open source OS

It's the nature of finding exploits, you want to name it something cool, since if you're the guy who found 'Cloak and Dagger' it's better than the guy who found 'GUI loop hijack'
Why someone who found a bug that could give him millions would make a website to alert everyone?

Yeah the guy is just salty that google won't recognize it as a real issue (which I don't think it is).
