Serious question here
My VPN provider told me they use the same IP for years because they can scan better what's going on
Are they memeing me or the safest way is to a VPN provider change their server IP every day?
I'm not really fond of stalled torrents.
uTorrent 2.0.4 worked well for 100TB transferred, I think it will continue to do so for a while.

Tell your VPN provider that they're no longer your VPN provider.

I downloaded 10 ebooks and 3 programs yesterday no lag and cutoff. It even runs better recently than it did a few months back.
