Hey /g/, attached is my first ever build from 2014. Has been a solid first rig for all this time, but wanting to upgrade. Looking at a 1070/1080 gpu, but have no clue about cpu's. Want more ram and perhaps(?)a new motherboard because I fucked up and got a mini-motherboard and have always wanted to kill myself because of it but oh well.

Any recommendations? Thanks.

I'd just upgrade the GPU and leave everything else. Swap the RAM with bigger sticks, or just add another 2x4GB. CPU is fine.

So, which gpu would you recommend - 1070 or 1080? Also, so, everything else would be fine for high end gaming at 60fps, etc. Thinking about games like Destiny 2 high settings 60 fps, etc etc.
