Where's the heatsink? It might not be able to mount a standard heatsink.

Also some enterprise workstations have proprietary PSU connectors. I got burned by a Dell once this way.

The mounting holes may not line up to a standard case either.

Finally, you might need to look into what fans are needed for the z620. My z420 beeps and bitches about RAM fans when I forget to plug them in.

Second this. Just got a z820 with 128gb ram and dual 2690s. Eats the shit out of rendering. Posting better times than 1080tis and on par with even v4 setups. Worth it.
